Lost my certification card
Our registration site allows you return to your account on the registration page.  Sign in to enter your username and password and you can obtain a duplicate copy in your account information.

Lost my AHA BLS certification card
All American Heart Association (AHA) cards are issued through the AHA. To access their replacement card system go to the AHA ecards system.

Why do I need a Registration account?
Your Registration Account provides several functions for you. Your account will allow you to receive your certification card by logging into your account and downloading the card.  This allows you to save it in an electronic file, email it to your employer, or return for a replacement if you have lost your card.  You only need to create your registration account one time. How do I sign up and get access to an online course?

Your Blended Online Course Access Portal allows the student full use of the online course, book, videos, and test.  This access portal login is only for students taking a Blended Course.  The student should sign up and pay for a Blended course by phone.  Our system will be automated in the future, but for now, call/text Dave at 303-818-3737.  After the student registers and pays by phone, they will receive information and a link to an Access Portal to complete the online portion of the Blended course.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Rescheduling may be done prior to 24 hours of your original scheduled class.
A rescheduling fee will be assessed for rescheduling within the 24 hours before class time.
No refunds given for students who do not show up to their scheduled class.
Students must be on time for their scheduled class. Students who show up more than 10 minutes late, will be asked to reschedule for another class. A reschedule fee will apply.
Students who cancel their scheduled class may forfeit their course fee.
